Workers' Guide

Law in Action has compiled a comprehensive guide to workers' rights in South Carolina. To access the guide, simply click this link. This guide is dedicated to the seven employees killed at Chiquola Mill in Honea Path in 1934. To learn more about the 1934 national textile strike, which included thousands of South Carolina workers, we recommend "The Uprising of '34" an award winning documentary about the event.
